Habitara GmbH i. G. is setting up a home nursing care service for Lambsheim and Frankenthal. We are looking for an experienced nursing service manager (Pflegedienstleitung, PDL) who helps build the team and reliable processes from the start and shapes the professional direction of the future service.

Your responsibilities
You develop care processes and quality standards, help build the team and design shift and route planning. You bring your experience into preparing the service and its authorisation, and you develop the future cooperation with relatives and medical contacts.
What you bring
- A nursing qualification recognised in Germany and the licence to practise.
- At least two years of full-time professional practice within the last eight years.
- Completed further training as responsible nursing professional / nursing service manager (usually at least 460 hours) or an equivalent university qualification recognised under the applicable regulations.
- Experience in leading people and enthusiasm for building a new service.
- Driving licence category B.
A shared start
You can start immediately. Habitara is preparing the launch of the care service; care begins once the necessary legal and organisational requirements have been met. We will agree the start date and the management and deputy arrangements together.
